EMPTY

UTF-8 · up to 2,000 lines / 2 MB · comma, semicolon or tab. Use the template’s column names. Excel workbooks (.xlsx) are not supported.

Column guide & production rules
line_id / order_id
Unique line ID; shared order ID for one packing bag. Each order must have one consistent recipient label.
style / fit / color / size
Exact garment references. Keep adult and youth sizes separate; names and letter case are not auto-merged.
artwork / placement
Reference to the complete approved decoration set and its locations, such as “FOX-v2” / “front + back”. No artwork files are checked.
personalization
Optional exact name/number text. Different personalization creates separate production groups.
qty
Finished garment pieces on this row, from 1 to 10,000. Never repeat a garment for each print location: that would double-count blanks. Transfer or impression counts are not calculated.
status
ready or hold. These are your bookkeeping labels, not collected customer approvals. Held rows may have unresolved specs and never enter the blank or production list.
recipient
Optional packing label; an anonymous ID is enough. No address or email is needed.

Recheck references against the current approved roster before ordering blanks or printing. This tool does not check stock, artwork, prices, due dates or payments.

Honest about the limits

No inventory sync, nesting, shipment labels or production approval. Check the roster at the bench. Current beta features are free to try; a paid edition is only a hypothesis.
